Hand-Carved Heritage from Galapa
Our wooden collection is rooted in the vibrant traditions of Galapa, Atlántico. This craft was born from the heart of the Barranquilla Carnival, where master carvers once created the iconic masks worn by parade dancers.
Today, we channel that same ancestral skill into our home collection, drawing inspiration from the rich Colombian fauna. Each piece is hand-carved from Red Ceiba (Ceiba Tolua), Teak, or Campano wood.
Because every artisan leaves their own unique “seal” on the piece, no two items are exactly alike. When you bring these pieces into your home, you aren’t just buying a utensil; you are supporting a legacy that provides a dignified livelihood for artisan families and keeps a legendary tradition alive.
