Minimum Shipping Time:

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-4 months for order fulfillment and shipping.

Product Variation:

Given the artisanal nature of our production, slight variations in design and color may occur between pieces, adding to the unique character of each item.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is due within 15 days of receiving the shipment. For new customers, full prepayment is required.
